Having the Pharmacist is available for questions is a huge plus... We've used this pharmacy since 1999 and have every confidence in them. Never had an issue filling a prescription. Drive thru wait time is really long however, the staff is usually friendly.
Quick and easy medicine pick up.
When picking up a prescription, the owner and/or manager (older gentleman with glasses) made a rude comment regarding my medication to his staff and to me that was loud enough for the entire pharmacy staff to hear. This was all while I was standing at the counter after my name was called for pick-up. I was simply trying to pay for my prescription and leave after waiting 20 minutes. It was unnecessary, insulting, and embarrassing. When I called the pharmacy to speak to a manager about it, unfortunately this same gentleman answered the phone and was rude yet again, no apology or even an ounce of sympathy - only blatant disrespect, blaming me for his unprofessional behavior. I highly recommend patients seek out another pharmacy in Durant. I’ve heard they are the only pharmacy in the area that compounds medications. It might be worth the trip to go to another pharmacy outside of Durant because the manager of this pharmacy clearly does not respect patients’ privacy. I don’t want other patients to face the same undue disrespect from an unprofessional manager.
I wouldn't even give them a star but I have to to post a review. When I went to pick up my prescription they had lost it. On top that they told that my insurance was no longer but when I called my insurance she stated they didn't no what they were talking about because my insurance was in fact very current. They were extremely rude never found my prescription and due to that I had a migraine that put me in the emergency room. But of course guess who has to pay for that not them. I would suggest you find somewhere else to go if value your health and safety.
