Archadeck took a while to get the project started. However, once the crew came in, they were very professional and wrapped up the work within a couple of days! All this without compromising on the quality of the structure. I highly recommend them for any pergola work. They offer good services at a competitive price point. Thank you for the fantastic job!

I live in Wake Forest, and if I could give a higher review to Archadeck, I would. Archadeck excelled in all aspects of our porch and stairs rebuild. From the salesman (Adam), the construction, (Todd, Joel and the crew), to follow up oversight of the project (Danny), everyone was very professional, well-informed, and accommodating. The site was always clean, safe and secure during construction. Any needed changes or suggested options were discussed and approved by me ahead of time (no surprises) at the end of build regarding the bill. The final product exceeded our highest expectations. Our previous deck was only 12 years old and already have major problems. In taking bids for the replacement, I quickly learned two things about Archadeck. First, they would not be the cheapest (been there did that). Second, they would be by far the best. You can find a cheaper deck builder, but in 5-10 years, you will be wishing you made a different choice. When Archadeck asked if I could provide a review, I jumped at the chance. They deserve all the praise a can give, because in the end the money I spent on Archadeck was a bargain. If you are smart, you will call Archadeck, after you call the other guys. you'll see what I mean. Estimates are fast and free, but you have live with your deck for a long time. We love, love, love our new deck! Kyle designed a beautiful deck based on our space & our wishes. It really opens up our backyard & makes it much more usable. Kyle, Danny, Antonio, & all the crew & staff were professional & easy to work with. Honestly, we spent more than we wanted to, but decided to go with Archadeck because we wanted a reputable company who would ensure it was done right. We really appreciate all the details, like built in step lights, hidden fasteners, and the trim work. The composite wood color is beautiful & we couldn’t be happier with our next deck! Thank you!

Worst customer service and very unprofessional behavior. We wanted to give them our business and were only requesting a quote for a screened porch. However, the attitude and the negative comments from one of their staff members (I’ll be polite and not mention any names) really put a bad taste in my mind. You would think that a reputable company such as this would have some manners when talking to a new customer. They lost our business and I will not recommend them to any of our friends/neighbors. Post review (07-July-2020) I appreciate the response from Archadeck, this is not accurate. I stated numerous times to the staff at Archadeck that TOC was already contacted (we had been communicating with them for weeks before I called Archadeck) and we were sorting out the impervious limits, all I requested was a quote from them. Please teach your staff some common sense professional manners! We have found another company to give our business to, thank you!

I filled out the request form to get a quote online. I received a call back almost immediately asking for some general information on what I wanted to have done, and was told an estimator would be in contact with me. A few days later I received a call, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to answer since I was at work. The gentleman left me a voicemail and I returned his call as soon as I could, but had to leave him a voicemail. When I still didn’t hear back after 2 days I called the office and left a message for him to call me when he could. That was over a week ago and I still haven’t heard back. I guess they’re too busy to take on new jobs at the moment.
