I recently contacted Budget Blinds of Durham, Cary and North Raleigh and had the kind of customer service that is pretty astonishing. I needed a replacement pull on a shade that I had bought about ten years ago. I really didn't think that they would have this replacement since it is plastic and small. But the person helping me immediately contacted someone in the warehouse, they found some extras of this part and she has put them in the mail to me. Amazing!
