I had a box coming from Walmart and being delivered by FedEx that didn't get delivered the whole day. I ended up goung to the FedEx facility at 5;30. The person on the phone told me I had to be there by 6pm because they closed at 7. I was there by 5:30. Only to be there until after 7 when the truck came in. I was very upset that I had to go out there and wait that long. I was on the inside of the property with nowhere to sit. I am disabled. I had to lean against the truck cab to support my being able to stand. They said on the phone that they could bring it on Saturday.... I was not gonna have another non productive day being homebound waiting for them to come.This was not the first time this has happen. I have one order from Walmart that is a gift coming. After that I won't order online from any company that has to use FedEx.

I was told by a customer service supervisor to pick up my package from this facility. When I get there they couldn’t locate my package that I have been waiting a week to be delivered. Then the lady tells me well it could be on a truck for delivery still never gotten delivery and she said she would call me back that same afternoon and NEVER received a call. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with!
Terrible service. No one was at the main entrance lobby to help. I had to search the dock for 15 mins to find someone to actually get someone to help me.
