I used to be a huge fan of fifis... and then COVID hit. The owner flat out told my mom that she couldn’t care less about tracking individual consigner’s credits/cash because “they have over 70 stores nationwide,” and screwed her out of 180 for a bag she sold in her store. You can’t extend your policy during a global pandemic?? Yeesh. The lack of empathy here was truly shocking. We will take our business elsewhere from now on.

Always a great customer service experience when I go to Fifi's, even during Covid-19. The staff is incredibly helpful and good a knowing where the \perfect item\ is. Appreciate that the store is a bagless one (though a little less so when I forget to bring one \u200d️) and that they're taking the necessary precautions during Covid.
I adore Fifi's. . .the prices are extremely reasonable, and like all other stores their high-end, designer items are higher priced, but also very much within reason. . .their prices are good and the selection is excellent. . .last time I was there I found a beautiful pair of Gucci sunglasses at a much better price than would pay retail. . .they even came with the Gucci case!
I've been a regular customer of Fifi's for years. It's an easy solution to selling old clothes and making a little money. Much easier than photographing each item, posting on an online selling platform, corresponding with potential buyers, and then mailing the item. True, that not all of my items have sold in the past but, that has happened to me when I've tried to sell online as well. In the end anything that is non-designer that doesn't sell ends up at a great local charity and high end designer items are returned. I highly recommend this store for the busy woman looking to sell her items! Also, some amazing high end designer items come through their store at reasonable prices if your looking for that incredible pair of shoes, designer purse, or cute dress.
Meh. Prices for designer items are frozen and do not reduce over time. There were a few items I'd have purchased if they weren't red dotted (#frozen). I recommend that they move towards reducing the prices of designer pieces, but in smaller increments than other items. That way, they keep inventory moving while giving the feeling to customers that they're still getting a deal. Because, let's be real, I can go other places if I'm really in the mood to pay for designer clothing.
