The customer service at Fleet Feet Durham is unparalleled. From the time I walked in the door I felt welcomed safe and valued. Careful attention is paid to social distancing and safety, while still meeting my needs of finding the right shoe for my situation. I feel like I was carefully looked after and that I bought the exact right shoe for me. I price checked it against amazon, and the price was exactly the same. Thank you!!

The experience that we have at fleet feet is unbelievable. This is customer service as it should be. They are very courteous, polite, professional and so much more. I just love the atmosphere in the establishment because the staff make it warm and inviting. Each customer truly is treated individually as though they are the most important part of the business. I Love It and so does my wife. We are grateful for the staff at fleet feet in Durham NC. We will do repeat business with them for years to come!

Friendly staff. Highly knowledgeable about their products, best use of each shoe, insert, etc. Felt like the ON product was being pushed more readily than other product lines. ON has great product placement (eye level for both men and women) and the sales people suggested them before any other. But, I asked for the Brooks and Mizuno brand and they were happy to oblige. We actually went back for my husband's shoes and asked for the same salesperson, Armando(??spelling??).

I walked into Fleet Feet Durham on Sunday afternoon and was greeted happily at the door with hand sanitizer. The staff did a great job of monitoring shoppers - and keeping everyone separate. I even noticed when a couple took their masks off briefly, they were asked to put it back on. Kerry spent quite a bit of time with me - completing a foot analysis, and working with me to find the perfect running shoe. I think I tried on probably 5 or 6 pairs of shoes! She was patient and allowed me to take the time I needed to find the right shoe, insert, and socks. She was respectful of my preferences and was not pushy at all! I was able to find some new Brooks Adrenaline 21 & they already make a world of difference! THANK YOU!
