Purchased a new Club Car Onward from Mike this past week. His professional knowledge, straight forward and easy talk and care for his customer was extremely evident. My cart required some additional upgrades that were completed perfectly by Mike and his son Chris. After shopping around the Triangle area for our cart, Nix Golf Carts was the obvious choice. My 2012 EZ-GO cart started having lots of issues and finally just locked up and quit working. The engine wouldn’t get going like it should and it became a headache to deal with. I decided to drop it off with Nix to take a look at and see if anything could be done to get it working right again.... Kris Nix kept in close contact with me to inform me of the issues and parts needed to complete the repairs.They held my cart for just a few days and I’m not even joking when I say I got it back in better working condition than the day I purchased it new! That wasn’t even the best part of my experience... from my previous experiences at other dealers and seeing how they charge for parts and labor, I was expecting a massive bill at the end.... but NOPE! Not with these guys! I honestly left there feeling like I underpaid for all the great work they did. As a consumer, there is no better feeling than knowing you got a great deal! I honestly can’t say enough good stuff about this place! You just don’t find too many shops these days who are knowledgeable, do clean work, have great customer service and charge extremely reasonable rates!

My mother reports: Five Stars-we bought out cart 2 1/2 years ago--everything was fine until the battery began not holding the charge for very long. I called in the afternoon to ask what could be happening. Kris came out the next day, and quickly discovered the problem (which was our fault, not theirs) and took care of it. We really appreciate the fast and friendly response.
