Took my chainsaw for maintenance. I was informed that it would be more expensive to fix it than to buy another one. An oily box with all the chainsaw pieces was attempted to returned to me. I was told I would get charge extra if they put it back together the way I originally took to them. I took it elsewhere and now it running great.

You are a highly regarded business in the outdoor power equipment industry. . I noticed that there are Trolls everywhere. They can’t satisfy themselves, so they darken the day of those around them. Their character shows when check who and where they have given reviews. McGuffin is a piece of work. Glad he is not down east. Hope you the best in 2021!

I was looking for a certain Toro Super Recycler that had a Honda engine. Every other dealer I called said I would have to call back in several months, because that model was back ordered. Durham Mower and Saw went above and beyond. They found one at another dealer and transferred it to theirs, so I didn't have to wait several months. When I went to pick it up, I was in and out of their store in less than 20 minutes. The employee I spoke to was very kind and helpful. This is by far the best experience I have had with any power equipment dealership. If I need any other equipment, I will definitely be coming back.
