Sylvan has been amazing for our daughter! She has been struggling with school the last couple of years. All of the staff have made my daughter feel comfortable and more confident in her work. She is learning so much, and she can tell a difference with her school work. Sylvan has been a blessing for our family!

I have seen significant improvement in that time. The staff at Sylvan are extremely professional. Y. seems to really enjoy the tutoring, and has not once protested against going. I was very nervous about my Son’s academic ability. He’s a 1st grader having to learn virtually. I knew that he would need extra instruction on a consistent basis. For a couple of months my Husband talked to me about signing him up with Sylvan Learning Center and I’m so thankful that we did. Our Son’s Teacher along with my Husband and I have seen growth and progress since the 1st time that he started attending Sylvan. He loves the staff and is very eager to “go to Tutoring” each day. Thank you Garner and staff for all that you do for our Son. We appreciate each of you so much!!!!!

I signed up both my kids (6 & 8) at Sylvan Learning of Durham & Chapel hill this year due to virtual learning. I wanted to supplement their instruction but I also wanted them to have in-person lessons. My son did their reading program which also included handwriting. I’ve seen a lot of growth in his reading and his handwriting. My daughter completed their writing program which included spelling. She also showed growth in her writing! They enjoy going. They love to earn ‘tokens’ which they can spend on prizes.
