was looking for a new place due to a recent divorce and decided to take a look here. Bobby showed me around the complex. Was very pleasant and professional, didn't feel pushed like I had to rent right away. The pool area looks inviting and a great place to get some sun. Views of the golf course were also a . Apts are up to date as far as amenities are concerned. Another location positive is access to the 101 which would make my commute to work easier.

Dusk, formerly known as Equinox, provides tenants with modern, luxury living. The price is a little high for the south Scottsdale location but the pool and golf course views are great. I like that it's hidden behind a church too. Some tenants aren't the cleanest, but it's a well kept community overall. They also have installed solar panels atop the covered parking, which keeps utilities like electric very low!

I came in for a tour around the complex’s and Bobby showed me around. He was very professional and has a really cool beard. Looks like a nice place and a great staff. Can’t wait to live here.

@f bicudo non responsiveness is common among Pinnacle Properties. Unless it’s during the leasing process. All they care about is sales. After that the attentiveness ends.
