First time to this rink for a couple games and it was better than I anticipated. It was clean and employees I spoke with were nice. The ice was in good condition and overall pretty decent rink and I have been to thousands of rinks so hopefully will be back playing games here again.

The owner is always looking to profit off of unknowing families. Thank God for the new rinks at the Kube in Hammond.

My daughter attended open gym and got into an altercation with another child (there is no supervision in the gym) I grabbed my child and went to leave when a lady behind the desk grabbed my daughter and proceeded to drag her into a back office and hold her down in a chair and scream with her finger in her face! (She has no idea what had happened or the reason at this point) I jetted back into that room and told her to take her hands off of my child and told them to call the police! I have never in my life seen someone talk to a child or handle one in that manner! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN AT THIS PLACE! It was child abuse! Her arms are all bruised! The redness of her arms after this was really BAD ! COMPLETELY DISGUSTED!

This is what midwest thinks of people with physical challenges. In the mens bathroom - The stall doors designed for people with physical challenges have been purposely removed. There where signs up threatening they would tear all the doors down. But those have disappeared?? This is been like this for at least 3 years.....REALLY? I'd love to take my step son to a game....but we can't.
