I made a small order for my forge build at night, and the next morning, I received what I ordered. The costs are very competitive and I chose ground shipping, but I suppose they had a truck coming out and upgraded my shipping to speedy ship and I was able to get back to work on my project sooner than expected. I was able to get the small parts I needed from one source. I'd recommend this shop.

Mistaking ordered the wrong 85 part for my fireplace on-line. Contacted them via email as instructed by the WEB site, but they never responded. Eventually called the company and they told me they would not accept the part back due to fear of it possibly being damaged by shipping it back. They sent it to me with out damage... You'd think sending it back in the same packaging would be fine. Bottom line, I'm out 84 and an stuck with a part I can't use.... What a waste... Be CAREFUL when ordering on-line... You might not be able to return it.

I called not even knowing what the name of the thing was I was asking for. Lauren patiently answered all my questions, contacted the manufactorer. Sadly we discovered what I wanted is no longer being made, but she spent some extra time giving me some tricks to get closer to what I was going for. While I didn't end up doing business with them (because what I need isn't made anymore) I'll give ya'll a call next time I need help or need a new unit.

I purchased a epi22 timberwolf wood burning insert to the tune of 1900 and have been endlessly disappointed with it from the beginning. The unit has a pathetic blower motor and a sloppy door hinge along with a small firebox that only accommodates 3 or 4 pieces of firewood at a time. The loud creaking and popping noises that come from the expansion and contraction of the unit will keep you awake all night long. The unit has been properly and professionally installed and my home is well insulated. The epi22 struggles to keep just my 200 sq.ft. living room warm, not to mention the rest of the home. Purchasing the epi22 has proven to be a costly mistake. I do not recommend this product or doing business with new energy distributing. 1900 and still using electric space heaters from Walmart!

Ordered the correct piece of glass and there was what we thought was a scratch on it when opened and we were ok with that as long as the glass fit and worked. (Its winter and we need the woodstove for heat.) Let the cement and the new gasket set for over 8 hours, built a small fire and no problems. Woke up the glass being broke and contacted their customer service only to be told we installed it incorrectly as the crack happened where the brackets are. I installed the glass per the manufacturers specifications for that stove as to not risk overtightening the brackets. But they would offer me a one time 50% off on a replacement piece of glass to \fix\ the situation. Moral of the story don't order from them as the customer service is NOT willing to work with you even if you suspect something wrong from the get go.
