Pros: The renovation looks decent. Price is ok for Bay Area. Cons: The walls are very thin, neither of my rooms ever got closet doors, my heater never worked and they came to fix it twice but still were not fixed. My laundry was supposed to be under the stairs but was moved to the kitchen and I only found out about this when I moved in which took a lot of space from my kitchen. The train next door doesn't help with noise.

I moved in a few months after this complex was acquired by Trion and it was my first apartment! We toured quite a few places in the Fremont area, but Jessica was the most helpful and responsive property manager. We moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom unit and the process wasn’t bad at all! We definitely enjoy the townhome units a lot more than our old unit. It’s a lot more private and the layout makes it feel bigger than it actually is. If I ever put in a maintenance request, it is reviewed and scheduled promptly. Whenever I have questions, Jessica answers pretty quickly. I like the finishes and the wood floor selections a lot! I’m excited to finally be able to use the gym hopefully soon. The walls and floors are quite thin but moving into another unit has helped with that issue. Overall I enjoy living here and the neighbors and neighborhood is pretty safe!

Great location! Love the online portal and easy online payments. The property manager was very helpful throughout the application process.

They clearly don’t know what they’re doing. They painted over the spider webs and plants, etc when repainting. The washing/drying machines are always broken, they don’t take anything seriously and the manager is rude/doesn’t care. Ruined the property value with their cheapness.

I regret staying at Dyln Apartments for her rude customer service. Expect them to deduct the security deposit despite facilities painting the entire apartment. We left our residence better than the condition we received it. Jessica’s demeanor is the worst I’ve ever encountered.

This was the worst apartments I have ever rented with! The on site manager is unprofessional and upper management isn’t helpful and unresponsive. There were constant leaks, and non functioning appliances. These may look new since renovation, but the building is old, and constant plumbing issues. And the water is shut off often. And the tenant gets blamed for the issues. I didn’t have a working dryer for 3 months, and when discussing about compensation, they refuse to answer back to my emails. And supposedly different units have different leases, so we are all held to different standards, which I think is unfair, and not accurate. And the on site property manager would make up her own rules, then email upper management, then more made up rules, making your stay here very difficult, especially during shelter in place and with small children. She also would questions my visitors and their length of time spent at my home, and would ask if they needed to be added to the lease, uncalled for! She would randomly inspect patios. And before moving out, they made an appt to show my unit while I was still living there! So uncalled for and supposedly it was a mistake. I do NOT recommend this place AT ALL! Not worth the money, for the terrible treatment and unresponsive, unprofessional service from the on site manger and Trion properties teams.

VERY VERY VERY Overpriced. The manager and the staff do not care about their tenants at all. We used to live here for 10 years and they kicked us out for missing a day of rent. People are very rude and make so much noise. each house is about 10 feet wide and 20 feet tall. I suggest not living here because these apartments are a fate worse than death

I recently did (my first ever) virtual tour with the property manager Jessica and I absolutely loved it! She was quick to answer all of my questions about these apartments and educated me about Newark, CA and the surrounding areas in California since I'm not familiar with them.
