After making 47/60 payments of 40 totaling 1720/2400 I sold the home and Dynamark wants me continue monitoring service or pay the 500. I had to move for job relocation and you can imagine the cost I acquired during the move. Who does this? I would never EVER EVER recommend this company for monitoring services. Single income family!!! Awful way of taking care of customers. Awful!

Had the sales rep come out and it turned to be the owner. Never gave me an estimate or a quote. Never returned a phone called. Called a year later and the sales rep was the owner and he didn’t want to do business with me and it’s his prerogative.. How is this company still alive? Wow.... I’ld find another place to do business with.
I had SERVICE for my business for more than 18 years! We switched phone/internet carriers to Comcast this year and DYNAMARK refused to come out and reactivate the line we dedicated for the alarm. We went more than 30 days without monitoring. They ignored my calls and request and basically forced us to seek other METHODS of service. Turns out there is a company VECTOR that costs HALF of DYNAMARK. I am seeking a prorated refund since I paid in full this year and THE OWNER REFUSES TO RESPOND TO ME WHATSOEVER! Office admin is claiming I signed a 3 YEAR CONTRACT which is another LIE. Shame! We were friends and mutually respected business owners. Industry changes and overall business accommodations have changed, there wasn't a disagreement of any kind but I'm deeply disappointed in the way this was handled by DYNAMARK! Beware! Other alarm companies, VECTOR, will not make you sign a 3yr contract AND they will install the equipment for 0.00!!!
