We hired Thomas and his team for a surveillance system needed to monitor employees providing care in a home 24 hours a day. As the responsible party, I can quickly and easily open the app to see and hear anything happening at anytime. I can look back over previous days to ensure safety. Great system, great quality. Good Evening all, So what led me to hire this company initially were the reviews I read online, However when Tommy came out and explained the process along with his product I knew that he was very knowledgeable and that this was the man for the job. In fact the quality of his workmanship and products in my opinion were worth far more than I expected to pay, Getting to know Tommy he is a gentle soul and one whom cares about his customers. Tommy and his son did a terrific job installing and optimizing new our security cameras at my home. They were professional and communicated very effectively before, during and after the install. In addition, Tommy stayed to ensure my wife and I were able to get to the camera feeds on all of our smart phones, tablets and computers. He also did a quick training of all the functions of the network DVR. Their price was fair and their customer service was outstanding!
Tommy came out the same day we called him. Worked up quote while here. Explained everything in great detail to my parents so they understood the whole process and what number and quality of camera's would meet their goals for home security. Installed the system the very next day. Very professional and efficient. Took the time after installation to ensure their electronic devices were connected and that my parents who are not tech savvy could get into and monitor their home from their device. Highly recommend.
