Two of us walked in at the same time. Two people were working and helped both of us at the same time. The employees were very efficient! We were both out the door in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend buying Dyson products in case you ever need service!

This place is great! Took my Dyson Animal ball vac up here today and the service was fantastic. I brought my vacuum in and explained the issue I was having with the brush head. He took my vacuum in back to verify the warranty information and asked me to fill out my name, address and phone number. By the time I completed filling out my information he had already placed a new brush head on my Dyson and sent me back on my way vacuum and all.

Quick and easy to get my dyson fixed even though it was out of warranty. Interesting way for payment. They text you, give you a code to reply with, and then you receive a payment link. Then you enter your credit card info which fyi, they don't take Discover. Good experience.

No one answers the phone, and there is no voicemail set up. How I am supposed to shop or contact this business if no viable way to contact this store. They did eventually call me back, by seeing my number had called multiple times. Still need a better contact procedure such as a voicemail or email address for this location.
