Dyson store is easy to find but sucks when the only store is an hour away and you can't get ahold of customer service rep for the company. Sucks when your Dyson is less than a year old and broke. Today we drove the hour to get our Dyson looked at. They have all of the vacuum here to look at which is cool and I guess should be that way lol. The rep was nice and explained everything to me.

They stand behind the product and ensure the customer has a quick and effective repair/replacement. When I call or visit, they know the status of your equipment and advise on possible solutions and timing you can expect. Always pleasant and great attitude!!

We’d been having some issues with our vacuum for a while. Dyson sent us some new parts that didn’t fix the issue. I took it into this service center, and they fixed it in about 5 minutes. The technician also took the time to show me a few tips and tricks. Wish I got the name of the guy that helped me out. He was top notch. If you’re having any issues with their products go straight to these guys. Thank you!

I took my Dyson fan in for service. Thinking it was going cost an arm & leg to get fixed. I was informed that I needed to better cleaning maintenance to it. Jomo, I think the manager just sprayed it clean and off I went. What a Great experience that was. Thank you!!!!

The store supervisor (jomo Grant),recognized issues within less than a minute.he wasn’t into doing anything else but the best personal customer service.within 10 minutes of arrival my issues were solved. It is good to know that the best product out there comes with the best customer service. I’ll definitely purchase the new dyson vacuum cleaner knowing I’m in good hands. Thank you.
