Michael has been our go to IT person for 7 years. I met him through his prior company and now with Evalve, I have met Dan who is another great resourceful person. They have replaced a couple servers, installed and maintained our backup appliance and fix issues as they come up. Service is responsive, dependable, and personal. Could not ask for more. They are budget friendly and do not try to sell us something we don’t need.

I was temping in a small accounting business for awhile and their entire computer situation was frustrating. Slow connection, server issues and the IT company they were dealing with was completely unreliable. When they came in to \fix\ something, it was back to no good days later. No one was really computer savvy so I asked around and was suggested to push Evalve to my stubborn boss. Michael accessed everything, fixed whatever the hell was wrong and made suggestions that made sense to my crazy boss. It took multiple visits to help but everything was back to running smoothly within that same week. More importantly Michael was always available which is crucial for all the endless documents they had stored (and when my boss panics). After a couple months, E-Valve has been a life saver. Michael was patient (which was key with those folks), fast and had the ability communicate well.
