Super wonderful customer service. There were friendly employees stationed all around the store asking if you needed anything. Gave me extra advice about the clothes I was choosing. Went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and were truly concerned with making sure I was satisfied. Also fully stocked with the latest I could find online.

This store carries up-to-date styles so you will not find lots of closouts or closeout prices here. Still good for mens shirts.

The manager was on tonight 11/14 not very nice and had a rude attitude toward customer. I had a coupon which was sent to me by the mail. I gave it to her and she said I could not use it because it is for aerie. On the coupon, it doesn't state that I can't use it in American eagle store. She doesn't even want to try to scan it to see if it works or not. I walked away, went home and bought the same sweater online on american eagle website and the coupon worked. I will not be back there again. Terrible customer services.

American Eagle has high quality stylish clothes. It'll cost you a bit of money, but they have sales and specials all the time. Would 100% reccomend. AE is one of my favorite brands.
