Eagan cops are pretty good. Crossed paths w them once or twice or 5 times. IDK..lol. Ive lived in Eagan for 30 plus yrs. I stopped in to take care of some non criminal business. I'd give em a 5 star, but don't want it to go to thier heads lol.. Back the Blue

The Eagan Police Department is the standard model of corruption as to why everyone hates the police. Detective Desiree Schroepfer is the worst. She’s as incompetent as Inspector Gadget and doesn’t do her due diligence with investigations, operates with blatant bias, and has allowed multiple offenders get off the hook. The only corrupt police officer that rivals the incompetence of Detective Schoepfer is the temperamental, aggressive and unprofessional Officer Streefland. Those two corrupt individuals are classic examples of why the entire country doesn’t trust the police.

I was at Alina clinic parking lot checking if my Buffalo wild wings orders were correct. Officer Roche badge # 3331 entered the the Alina clinic parking lot, and slowed down as soon as he saw me, and slowly moved to the clinic front entrance and made a u-turn. Officer Roche continued watching me drive by him, and he slowly followed me to apartments where I live. He approached my vehicle and ask me what I was doing at the parking lot after the business was closed, I told him I was checking my orders if it was correct, after that he demanded for my ID. I told him that I did not commit any crime for me to provide an ID for him, so he started being aggressive and threaten to detained me because I refuse to give him my ID even though I did not do anything wrong or commit any crime for me to provide an ID for him. He illegally detain me for at least few minutes, and put me in cuffs, also threatened to get me fired from my job. Continued demanding to get my date of birth and my name. Officer Roche clearly racially profile me and followed me all the way to where I live. He treated me like criminal, somebody like him should be a public servant.
