I have taken many CPR courses through the years but after this one I walked away very confident in know exactly what to do for CPR and using an ADE. Jeni Brandt was a wonderful teacher. She did a great job facilitating the training and making sure all in the class knew the material. Thank you. Job well done.

I really enjoyed the on-line simulations. The hybrid class was very good. I learned a lot. I really liked the instructor for the test-out. She was very knowledgeable and got us through the test-outs quickly but thoroughly.
We have used HeartCert CPR for our last 3 re-certifications in our dental office. Their trainers are so professional and good at what they do, and we love that they will come to our office for the training. I am planning to continue using them as our CPR trainers for as long as I own the practice! Love that they also have options for individuals to take the course at different times. For instance...on the day of our office training, one of our employee's had to stay home sick with the stomach flu. We were able to get her signed up for a training session within 3 weeks so that her CPR certification would not expire.
I took this class at my workplace. The instructor was very knowledgeable. He was easy to listen to - meaning that he made the class interesting and engaging. He repeated the important stuff many times and then would engage us to make sure that we were listening and understanding. Great class.
Great course led by professionals. Very informative with some real life examples of what they have seen during their time working in the medical profession. Fun, lighthearted and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone doing it for the first time or as a refresher course.
