I placed an order last week for curbside pickup. According to their app I let them know I was on the way to pickup order. Once I got there I said I was there then the app asked me what kind of car and color. It also asked me what stall number I was parked in. Since this Michael's does not have numbered stalls I chose the one that said no stall number. It said to pull as close to the store and they would bring out my order. The app did not tell me to call them. I waited 15 min and then I found a parking spot and went into the store. They apparently do not understand what curbside pickup means.

It's close and it's convenient. Didn't have everything I was looking for today but I was okay with that. I'll definitely go back again.
I just ordered online. But, they got everything together quickly and it was all wrapped carefully. I really appreciated that they took the time to protect everything that I ordered. When I went to a different craft store, they just put it in a bag, with nothing protecting it. Michael's wrapped it all and put it in a big box. They brought it out a lot faster too. A way bigger variety too. Definitely going to make the longer drive to go to Michael's!
Even though they seemed a bit short staffed, Erica was so helpful and attentive to what I needed. She was willing to help anyone and did it with a great attitude. Next time I come back, I hope she is there so I can show her how my shadow box turned out!
This store seemed large to me but I have not visited many Michaels. The stock looked new and organized. Help was there but it can take a few minutes. Good parking and friendly people.
