I feel for the folks that had bad experiences. I had a failed surgical procedure through a completely different clinic/ENT. I WISH I had gotten a second opinion, because after meeting with Dr. Carroll at Midwest, my blocked salivary gland was successfully removed and you wouldn't even know I had surgery. Currently I am scheduled to have another procedure to fix another mistake by the previously unnamed clinic, and have the utmost confidence that it too, will be handled successfully by Dr. Carroll... OUTSTANDING work, cannot recommend highly enough.

Extremely clean and quiet place. Wonderful receptionists. Very good nurse. But an abrupt doctor who was somewhat rude and demeaning, actually insulting me not once but twice during the appointment. I won't return and I wish I would have read the other reviews first. This doctor is similar to so many doctors in the Twin Cities that act like they are lowering themselves just to spend time with someone beneath them. They are know-it-alls that end up not being able to answer some simple questions. So based on my other experiences with doctors here, this doctor was typical or average, but such rude behavior should not be tolerated. I left learning nothing new about my health situation and was spoken to like a child.

At least one in particular staff member is very very friendly especially to male patients that are married. She spent quite a bit of time sending precious pictures of herself and messages to my husband. It’s obvious she takes great interest in her patients... Not sure if this is included for every patient or just him. Needless to say, wives, I would not recommend your husbands go here.

Went to this office to have a surgery that went well. Dr Cox did great work and it helped me breathe better. Dr Cox referred me to the allergy clinic to receive allergy shots and I started that process. Worked great until I had to switch offices and they took nearly two months to transfer the shot serums. After they finally transferred them they scheduled the appointment in the wrong location. Because of the time delay, I need to take extra shots (extra expenses to me) to catch up. I asked for assurance that this issue would be resolved (no scheduling issues) and that the extra shots (2) would not cost me anything. I was told Dr Zachary made the call that this was an inappropriate request on my behalf. I wanted to understand why, but Midwest would not allow me to ask that question. I reached out to her publicly available phone number to ask her why and Midwest (a person named Steve) told me that they will no longer provide me service and would not comment on why their business failed to allow me to get the allergy shots in a timely process. If things go well, Midwest seems to be a decent company. If you have any questions about your care, Midwest could not care less what your concerns are and why their business fails to perform.

The service was just fine. However it costs 5916 for standard allergy testing here. I have the bill to prove it. You better have platinum level insurance if you go here.
