This is a great store! The manager is great! She makes sure every customer gets what they want and is looking for. Not sure?... no problem she helps guide you through different options to make sure you get what will work best for you.

Orded prescription glasses over 650... now I am thinking of cancelling payment, however called a different store and found out that their AC was broken. They should have defined the reason a little better., Update 07/06/2020, Thank you Sarah for answering the phone. Understanding that the air conditioning is down and you helping me over the phone; I think a 4 star is justified only because of you. I've updated to 5 star because of the outstanding effort the team did after their mechanical systems were fixed. As an ex optician, I understand customers like me can be difficult. The team made sure I wss happy after lenses needed correction. Thanks all.

Zack was Awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the products and what was in stock. When we finally were ready with a real question about what we were looking for it only took a few minutes for him to present us with the perfect product. Great prices and great customer care!
