Technicians was careful enough with his work but sloppy with keeping his mask on, even though we were wearing masks and asked him to as well. Not happy about that and called the company afterwards.
Working with Scott Ellich has been great. He is responsive and really goes all out to help a customer. They do great restoration work both in Residential and Commercial.
