Lexington Hills is a relatively quiet community for the number of residents. I hardly ever hear my neighbors. There's also a significant number of residents with dogs, and I rarely even hear them. There are several nice parks and natural areas within walking or biking distance, with lots of hiking trails. Although I have yet to explore them much, there are several bike trails in the area. Grocery and convenience stores are also really easily accessible. 35E is close, and makes for a pretty easy commute into Saint Paul/Minneapolis. I have had difficulty getting a hold of management outside of office hours, but during office hours it's pretty easy to get a hold of them by either calling or stopping into the office. My apartment is a pretty good space for what I pay, and was one of the more affordable options for the Twin Cities area. Overall, I am very satisfied with my current living situation.

Just a Fantastic Team here. Whenever I visit friends at other communities around the area - I always think \That would not fly @ Lexington Hills\ or \At my place they would take care of that right away\. Super convenient to the Mall, Airport & Downtown - and a Management Team that is on the ball - Couldn't ask for more.

I have enjoyed my time here at Lexington Hills! The staff and management are always friendly and helpful, and they love my dog too! Love the location, the grounds are kept clean and it’s nice to have a garage for the winter.

Venessa, Brandon, Cody, and crew are awesome! They are authentic, friendly, professional, and address your needs right away. This is a great place to live, surrounded by woods, parks, lakes, shopping, schools, you name it -- 15 to 20 minutes to the airport, Mpls, and St. Paul.

We have lived here for many years. Vanessa is the best manager by far they have had. She is friendly and knows her stuff. If ever there is an issue, she works on rectifying it. They are continually making improvements and making this place feel more like a home and not just another apartment complex.
