Excellent service and experience every time I walk into Alinea Health. Oneida helped me feel comfortable with my first HBOT session and walked me through the entire process to put my mind at ease. They have a very clean space, high tech chambers, and therapeutic benefits are worth it. I love coming here! I am hoping to buy a package for my family this summer.

I did some very intensive research for HBoT and oxygen therapy in the Boise, Meridian, and Eagle area and came across Alinea Health. I choose their facilities due to the equipment they have compared to others. Alinea Health's machines can reach pressures up to 1.6ATA, which is ideal for all the health benefits of HBoT that I was looking for (sports recovery, anti-aging, & clearing mental fog). The facility is very clean, well maintained, and has friendly staff to help comfort first timers like myself. Highly recommended!
I’m on the Ideal Protein program and find it very easy to follow. I’ve tried every diet and nutritional program with great success the first week and eventually gain back everything I’ve lost — plus a couple more pounds. I had given up and decided I would just be the little fat grandmother when I was introduced to Ideal Protein and all of the counseling, tools and encouragement. Aundrea, Oneida, and David are so encouraging and knowledgeable. The Ideal Protein app keeps me right on track and the food is very satisfying. I like the idea of having a nice dinner of my own food. It is teaching me how to eat in the future. Of course, the 15 pounds that are gone in the first 4 weeks is a great motivator as well! I’m really on my way to better health and vitality. You’re never too old to get in shape —- I’m 72 and full of hope!

First off I’m very grateful to try something different for my health. Of all people I have allergies, I’ve had two spontaneous pneumothorax, also known as collapsed lungs, and ruptured eardrum in the past. I was super excited to do the hyperbaric chamber and the owner is so professional she reached out to her medical staff and unfortunately I’m not a candidate. The wonderful part is she has so many other alternatives in there that I was very happy to see like the doTERRA oils, breath drops, and recipe books so I can get on track. I am excited to start the “ideal protein” with some revisions pretty soon. If anybody wants an honest healthy place to kickstart your health this is it and Oneida is amazing!
Oneida is so wonderful, and makes you feel like family. She is caring, non-judgemental, and gets you all set up for success!
This a great healing therapy. I don't need to write all the wonders of getting the treatment, are so many and you can look at it online. My group of three had it, we have different health needs but we all agree that was a great experience. Recommended.
I was diagnosed with Covid-19 a couple of months ago and have had several other serious issues with my lungs so I have been getting Hyperbaric Oxygen treatments at Alinea Health. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the attention to cleanliness and quality. The customer care is top notch and they also have Spanish-speaking personnel on staff. I would highly recommend this wellness center!
