Cool little place in Eagle, CO. The service team works hard to keep clients happy. The product development team continually is ahead of the bell curve on releasing new technology and frame geometry. Sales staff is friendly and works around the clock. All in all, great experience with this company and would highly recommend the product to anyone. PS, the full suspension fat tire bikes they offer ride like a dream and unmatched in the industry.

Fun bike but started getting a super loud clanking noise after 20 miles. Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced. Support tickets don’t get responded to and in-stock part orders will not get shipped for over a month... selling mine and going to a brand with better customer service.
