Kevin has checked and serviced our furnace since we bought our house 5 years ago. He recently installed a generator so we'll have power during an outage. We have used K&M Services for several of our home maintenance and upgrade needs. They have installed a whole-house generator, installed a new hot water heater, and installed a new kitchen exhaust fan.
