Update: This morning I was contacted by Team CC Owner, and am very happy to report that he was very supportive, positive, honest in wanting to resolve the issues that i have had, and it was very much welcomed on my part, and greatly appreciated. I'm taking the bike back later this week when I'm in Anchorage to see the VA. I do want to ad one more thing, having led many companies in the past myself, making a mistake is going to happen, so even though i had an issue with a service i received, the most important thing is how you deal with it, and I can tell you, having the owner pick the phone up and call me directly is Top Notch, and having been the one who had to make calls like that in the past myself is humbling and i really appreciate it - and that is the reason i will continue to do business with Team CC.

I hope possibly I may be able to find the ATV chain I'm looking for someday. I visited team CC last week a few times with no luck. Yes I'll admit I was looking for a chain for a cheap Asian knock-off, but you know.. that's what I have, a 150cc ATV for my son. I wish that I could provide him with a Yamaha or Honda or something respectable, I suppose some would think, but it is what it is. Anyhow, although I received some help, nobody was to eager to help me find the chain that might help me with my son's ATV, even if it needed to be ordered. I would be okay with that.
