Their automated service took my refill request. One week later, still no prescription. My Dr office never got request. Multiple phone calls later, told wrong information and blown off repeatedly. No accountability with staff or manager. Going back to Bernies. More expensive but worth it.

After waiting over 10 minutes in line at the pharmacy with no customers while they had 2 workers they turned us away because both of them had to go on lunchbreak at the same time for some reason.

Update: 4/4/20 still having to double check Pharmacy hours (closed @ 6pm today) but staff is consistently helpful and they seem to have consistent coverage. Their timeliness and accuracy haven’t been an issue for quite some time. Moved to 4 stars. Update: 5/2/19 Pharmacy hours advertised on website as open until 7pm now, but I stopped in to drop off a script @ 5pm and they were closed “due to no pharmacist on duty”. Great service and clean organized store. Would have scored better if they actually kept pharmacy hours as advertised. Website says 9pm but window sticker says 7pm and I’ve driven from Wasilla only to find that they changed their pharmacy hours but not their posted hours on the website. Other Walgreens are open until 9pm or even midnight so better call before making the trip—they keep changing their hours.

Informative, Answers the phone promptly, Drive through service is amazing. Great staff all the way around. My child needs lg. Quantities of untypical medications. If they don't have it. They'll find it, order it, partial fill it. They truly show you customer service is important to them. Typical drive through trip; No waiting or a single car, 10 min. With a smile!
