The best people I have ever worked with. I ask to grab my RV in the middle of the repairs I wanted fixed, and they totally accommodated me. They didn't even ask for payment for what they had done. True guys, they know your name, they are your "friend", but very genuine. I like companies like this, people like this. Thank you guys for the true farmer/next door type feel.

I was pulling an Econ travel trailer heading for Idaho Falls from Twin Falls when, 22 miles out of Idaho Falls, the driver's side tire on the trailer came off. I had AAA towing and the driver from the towing company suggested we take it to Eagle Rock RV Service Center for repairs. When we arrived there, the service center was closed but the manager was still there and helped us unload it from the truck with their forklift. Josh, the service manager, said it looked like it would need a new axle and they would have to order it from Utah overnight. The next morning we met John, the owner, who brought us up to date on everything. Being from California, I was not used to the feeling of wellbeing and honesty I recieved from John and Josh. John said they would have us back on the road again by the next day and that they found an axle locally. He had us back on the road the very next day and everything was working great, including the refrigerator which was kept level and working throughout the repair time. I would recommend John, Josh, and the rest of the crew to anyone needing assistance on there equipment. Thanks John

Eagle Rock replaced the broken awning on my camp trailer and installed an electric tongue lift. They were very professional an easy to work with. They did great work and we are very happy with the end result.

Owner Greg and service manager Reese saved our bacon and saved our vacation by being of good service. AAA towed us to Eagle Rock RV repair after our RV breakdown. We were treated promptly with respect and very efficiently and they took care of everything that we needed. We highly recommend this high integrity business for your RV needs. Excellent service. Best wishes David and Janice Brown Albany Oregon

Before I brought my motorhome here I only had a minor leak in a window that I noticed when it was washed, come to find out later it was only leaking from water being sprayed into the drain on the bottom of window seal. So anyway I Brought it in here to have a window sealed. I was told that I needed the roof sealed, water heater needed anode, new slide motors and a few other things. So 6000 dollars later we pull out of there and within a week it rains and there is a leak above the windshield somewhere that Flood’s the dash. The slide motors stop working, the water heater is making loud unusual sounds. When I call eagle rock the girl that answers the phone is very rude and not helpful. We decide to go somewhere else. We then find out from the new place we brought it to that the roof was not sealed completely only around a couple vents, the slide motors are the original ones, and our water heater is aluminum and doesn’t use an anode and the one that was forced into it stripped out the threads where the plug goes, they used white Teflon tape to connect the gas lines to the propane tank which caused it to leak. So to fix everything would be close to 6000 dollars. New slide motors that were never replaced, new water heater that was damaged by putting anode into it, roof properly sealed, gas lines taken apart and put on proper tape on all connections. The owner Greg at Eagle Rock seemed nice but I knew right away something was wrong he was just too nice and came off kinda slimy like a stereotypical used car salesmen selling you a car with no tires. We are now in the process of gathering all documents from warranty company along with Eagle Rock and new rv repair shop along with before and after photos to show who did what and when so that I have everything in order to take them to court. What a waste of time and money this has been. These people should be shut down.

Didn't get what we were looking for/thought we bought, could have just been a miscommunication though.

Eagle Rock RV installed a hitch and a bike rack on my SUV and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work and professionalism. They did what they said they would do and they did it right!
