DO NOT COME HERE! This is the worst customer service I have ever received. They need to understand there company runs on customer service and they have none. Every person I tried to talk to was incredibly rude and acted like just helping me out was a chore. After speaking to HR I could understand why, they are worse then everyone else I spoke to combined. The HR manager truly should be fired. Maybe look into recording your phone calls so your employees will actually do there jobs.

Brandon and team were awesome to deal with. His customer service and passion for what he does was evident throughout our rental experience. He called before and during to make sure everything was communicated well and that all was well, during our trip to AZ. Our bikes (Harley Heritage Classics) were excellent, ready on time and the check out and check in process very smooth. We spend almost a week riding around the area and had no issues at all. We will be back here for our next riding adventure, and I highly recommend the Phoenix location for your own rental experience.

If you're wondering if you should hire with EagleRider, you should. Hiring in Phoenix has been my third hire from the company and amazingly the staff in Phoenix were the best yet. Plenty of advice, well set up pristine bikes and so much fun.
