Best value for a 1 bedroom apartment in Auburn (it’s not a studio! Yay!). Good location, nice people, pet friendly, quiet area (kind of hard to see!) because it’s tucked by the Village parking deck. You can walk to classes, downtown, etc. there’s a buss stop at both entrances so that’s cool too. Lots of parking and you get 2 guest parking tags that you can give to anyone and there’s always places for them to park. Recommend!

Eagles West is the perfect place for anyone in the Auburn area. It is extremely close to campus and to downtown. The Amenities are great and kept nice. The maintenance team is always on time and helpful. The floor plans are great and the apartments are very nice inside and out.

Lived here for almost 3 years now, no complaints. Front office staff is extremely friendly, and maintenance responds very quick. Location couldn't be better for me.

My Husband and I lived at Eagles West for two years and really loved it. Location was a big factor for us when choosing a place to live in Auburn and Eagle West was such a great location. We would walk to all our classes, game day events & downtown. In the hotter months you would always find us enjoying the pool. Staff and maintenance were always so nice and helpful. If you’re moving to Auburn definitely consider Eagles West. My Husband and I wish we could move back. #wareagle

These apartments are vastly overpriced (800-900 a month) for their quality, especially given there are now similarily priced apartments in Auburn that have just been built. The walls and floors are paper thin, enough that my downstairs neighbor's ceiling floor vibrated my floor. They enforce none of their policies. The worst was the parking and guest policies. Guests frequently parked in resident parking and on football weekends, management would even encourage this behavior by selling parking permits to people's guests. People had their girlfriends/boyfriends essentially piggyback off their lease and live with them despite not being a tenant. I lived in a single bedroom complex and I think I was one of three people that actually lived by themselves. The management is difficult to work with at best. My worst experience by far was upon my move out they attempted to charge me 325 to replace the carpet citing pet issues. I did not have a pet my entire time at Eagles West. When I reached out about this issue, I was told it was because the carpet had a strong pet odor. When I asked how I was liable for pet damages when I never had a pet, they took back the charge thankfully. I don't know if there was a mistake in their processing that put the charge on my account or if they simply wanted to get more money out of me, but it left a bad taste in my mouth either way. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. If the rent is in your price range, you can get someplace much nicer and hopefully have better management.

Eagles West has a great location and is very convenient to so many place on campus. The apartments, while not the most luxurious apartments, were great to live in during my last two years at Auburn. However, management is not very easy to work when an issue arises. At move in, there were 2-3 very large brown spots on my bedroom carpet. We documented these on the move-in forms and requested that they spot clean the carpet to remove the large stains. They came to clean it, but the spots did not come up. At move out, I was charged for dirty carpet even though the carpet was just as "clean" as it was when I moved in. Additionally, they charged me for a broken blind that was fully functioning when I moved out. I moved out two months early and turned in my keys, which makes me suspicious of when the blind was broken and by whom. My power bill for last month (during which I did not even a key to the apartment) was over 100 while it was around 30 the previous month, proving to me that someone else was in the apartment. We asked to speak with the manager about the Move Out Statement my family received with no luck. We were promised the manager would call us to discuss when they were back in the office, but never received any more information. However, Eagles West was happy to keep the majority of my security deposit for an apartment that was cleaner when I moved out than when I moved in. Future residents, make very good documentation of any issues in your apartment at move in. You will be charged for it later with no regard for the information you provide on the Move-In Forms.
