Update: we had a little hiccup with shipping delays for the gas insert and install schedules, but everything worked out. Everyone we talked to - the sales staff, the guy who came out to take final measurements, and the installers were all very friendly. The installers were very knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly. The fireplace is awesome and we are very happy with how it turned out.
