Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Very professional group and easy to work with even though I purchased from another state. The dealership met and exceeded all my exceptions. Highly Recommend!!

Very bad experience with Earnhardt Maserati in Gilbert. Our family has bought 4 cars over the years and have had no problems but all of a sudden their customer service has went downhill. Won't be buying any cars in future from this dealership. They should have at least stepped up for their loyal customers. I bought the brake pads and rotors from San Francisco Maserati and from this shop and have it serviced through a third party vendor. I specifically asked the ships if this is going to void the warranty and they said NO. Even the warranty doesn't state anything about voiding of warranty if serviced from another vendor. Guess what, after 800 miles Rotors were warped. I call the dealer and he gave me excuses that it is not in my hands. I called the Corporate and they said It is in dealer's hands and it doesn't state anywhere so they should be able to change the rotors under warranty. Nothing happened. I have wasted 4 days back and forth on the call and now I am tired of talking with corporate and this dealer. My radio had so many problems and still turns off every now and then. Every time I took my car to service all they had to say is we have uploaded the new software. Issue still persist. My next dealer would be Scottsdale Maserati for sure. You just lost a loyal customer!
