Would definitely NOT recommend. I was ready to purchase a vehicle from them from out-of-state and received horrible service. The sales representatives were more concerned about who was getting the commission than actually helping me. Called the manager to ask if I could work with someone more competent than Art and he was cold and very off-putting. They also charge a ridiculous amount of "fees." Found a much better deal AND better service elsewhere.

Nicole Brand was my service advisor. Her phone manner is very pleasant and courteous. Moreover, she is very professional, polite and knowledgeable about my needs for my 2017 Mazda 6 and about the Mazda brand in general. This was the first service for my car and my first experience with Earnhardt Mazda. I was extremely pleased with the service and especially with Nicole, who also did me the courtesy of introducing me to both the general manager and the service manager. I have an outstanding impression of Earnhardt Mazda and especially with Nicole Brand, and I intend to direct everyone I know to go there for their automotive needs.
I was very impressed with the service we received at this dealership. The sales people were not pushy and very willing to work with us on financing. The dealership is a bit smaller than other dealerships so the selection is small, but they are able to order anything you would like that they do not have in stock currently. All of the staff was very friendly and even the sales managers were easy to work with in negotiating a price. We were in and out in 2 hours with a new car- it was very impressive!
Our salesman, Bill, and the manager, Gary, were friendly and helpful as we considered our purchase. Bill was abundantly informative about the car and its features. When it came time to negotiate a price, Gary quickly worked up an out-the-door price that was very close to the number I had in mind. The entire process was pleasant and stress-free.
Earnhardt's took great care of me! They did everything they could to make it the most hassle free process and I didn't have to run all over town to find the perfect car! They worked within my budget and made sure I also received gap insurance and a warranty plan that worked for my needs. They whole team, from sales rep, pricing and financing was a great experience!
Great buying experience!! After going to other dealers and being treated horribly I was leery of going to another dealer, but when I arrived here it was a completely different experience.. My sales guy was really friendly, never felt pressured to buy and even when they didn't have the car I wanted they found one for me and had it shipped to their location super fast!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy.
Derrick Bunting is one of there best salesman. The dealership he works out of is Chandler. He got me the best deal and SUV at Earnhardt Scottsdale. Go see him
I visited here yesterday—I end up didn’t buy their vehicle, but I felt great working with Art. He was super nice, helpful, didn’t give me any pressure, and tried his best to give me the best price and finance option. The atmosphere was also pretty relaxed. Strongly recommend.
