After receiving an unusually high power bill, we called Complete to have them check out the new thermostats we had installed a few months prior. They were able to quickly schedule an appointment for us the same day, and Steve arrived in a timely manner. He was professional and knowledgeable, and even gave me a few tips regarding air filters which was unrelated to the original issue. I greatly appreciated that! He reprogrammed our thermostats and made sure our system was heating and cooling properly. Overall, I would highly recommend Complete Heat and Air for all of your HVAC needs!

Complete Heat and Air were punctual after I called for and appointment. Michael Hall in sales was my first contact, he listened to my needs and understood my expectations. He measured my home to ensure proper sizing of my new unit. He promised me he would genarate an estimate with three options. He delivered a very easy to understand estimate with the options side by side for easy comparison. This made it easy for me to make my decision. His price was in the middle of two other reputable companies so he knows his market well. Next I met Corey, the install manager. Corey was very helpful in keeping me informed and was easy to work with. He also came by late on a Friday to tie in gas line after meter was installed by gas company. Nick and Joey, the technicians were easy to work with and did an excellent job. The scope of work was not just a remove and replace, it was complex, Joey ran new gas line in from new meter location, added a T for a new tankless water heater in the future and a manifold with five outlets for other future appliances. Nick at 22 years of age definately does work of a seasoned technician, I say this because I have been in the remodeling field for over 35 years and was very impressed with his craftmanship. He installed the equipment inside and outside. He also installed a digital thermostat and ran new refrigrant, condensate and electrical lines throughout. Both Joey and Nick ran all new duct work including new boots and vent covers. The returns were all metal and flex lines, unlike the original installation that ran between joist, plywood and drywall. Complete HEAT and AIR and their staff met and went beyond my expectations in quality, price, punctuality and professionalism. I know who will be updating my second unit. Keep up the good work guys!
Today Dean came to the house to address the fact that I had no heat. After figuring out what had caused the issue he explained to me what had happened. He also took the time to make sure it would start again before he left as well as checked the air coming out to make sure it did not contain carbon monoxide. Great customer service and very professional!
I was so impressed with Complete Heat and Air. Everyone that I dealt with was so nice, professional and knowledgeable. Nick and Spencer took such great pride in putting in my new equipment and took a lot of time to teach me how to use my new thermostats. They were so efficient, getting a big job done in only 2 days. They were so friendly and a pleasure to work with. Courtney really impressed me. She sold me on getting my new equipment. She is super friendly and really knows her stuff! She is such an asset to the company. She wants the very best for her customers and she goes above and beyond to make that happen. She even sent out a service manager when I needed that extra boost to make a decision on going with their company. He sealed the deal and I made an investment on good quality equipment. I was advised by others to get several quotes from other companies but they gave me such confidence and trust in their company that I didn't even want to call anyone else. I highly recommend Complete Heat and Air. They get a 10 from me!
Dean from Complete Heat and Air just came out to my house today and was great to work with. He was very professional and knowledgeable on the the system we have. He took the time to explain everything to us and didn't try to pressure us into anything we didn't want. Great service, I would highly recommend them.
