I want to commend the friendly staff at Landscapers supply in Easley, SC. Today, Dec. 7, 2020, I took my backpack blower back due to idling rough. Bought 1 year ago. Kevin Hensley asked what’s the problem with the blower. He immediately let me know what the problem was. He then took the blower to the repair area to correct the issue and explained how I can correct the issue. I have bought a lot of lawn care equipment from them. I have never experienced a negative encounter with the staff. Highly recommend them to meet your needs.

I have rented from this location 3 times within the last year. All three times resulted in an equipment breakdown due to the poor maintenance on their equipment: old hydraulic hoses, poor fittings, loose bucket teeth. I understand that equipment will not always be perfect when rented, so service often will have to make up for poor equipment. Unfortunately, that is not the case here. On 2 occasions, the manager at Landscapers Easley committed to give me a free rental due to equipment breakdown & lost time. Conveniently, he does not remember the commitment nor return my calls. When a week's rental costs 1200, I expect service. Since it cannot be found here, I will be taking my business elsewhere. ------------------- UPDATE If you really want fantastic service and well maintained equipment, go to Herc Rentals. Since Landscapers was so horrible, I rented from Sunbelt (pretty good) and Herc. Herc is absolutely fabulous. Their service is phenomenal and quick. Their equipment is well maintained. Their selection is broad. Don't waste your money with Landscapers.
Landscapers supply is the best! Kevin and Denise hooked me up with a chainsaw a couple of weeks ago, when i came back in with questions they gave me answers and helped me solve the problem right then. Excellent customer service and quality people!
Went all over town looking for a chainsaw due to the recent storms for clean up and everyone was out. Walked in landscapers supply and they had just the saw I was looking for. They even cranked it up for me to show me it worked awesome place with awesome customer service. Don’t shop around town go directly to these guys!!!!!
I have been up here quite frequently the past couple of months and have not had a single bad experience. They’re always very helpful when I go up there and don’t know the exact name of what I’m looking for. They have always given me the correct parts and are so nice!
