The only reason I left One Star is because there’s no option for Zero Stars. I walked in at 3:20 on a Saturday afternoon. I was asked by the receptionist can I help you? I stated I needed to be checked for a sinus infection and I was told they were booked up for the rest of the day. There were 2 people in the waiting area with an hour and a half left before closing. I asked what about the website stating they talk walk ins. The snobby receptionist said yes we take walk ins but we’re booked up for the rest of today. I’m so sorry I only saw 2 people waiting. Pathetic!!!!

I had a great experience here tonight. The other reviews stating that the wait times were bad must have been terrible timing because I only waited about 10 minutes. Either way, a little patience will get you a along way. After the initial wait time I was in and out within 5 minutes for getting two shots. Alison helped me and she was very nice and helpful. I never knew everything these offered so I will be back in the future when needed. Next time I will even take advantage of setting up an appointment.

I was seen in this minute clinic on Sunday for a UTI... They put me on an antibiotic for 5 days. Today is the 6th day and I still have symptoms so I called to ask for another antibiotic but they said I would have to come back in... So they would rather I take off work, come in and sit near other sick people and bill my insurance again and then call me in another antibiotic. This is just ridiculous!!! I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE!!!

Walked in, signed in, and was seen in less than 30 mins. The problem I think others are having is that they don't check the waiting list on the monitor and don't see how many set appointments are already in there before they sign up. The computer automatically places you after scheduled appointments if there isn't enough time before. No different than a doctor's office if you walk in without an appointment. The nurse practitioner was very friendly and competent.
