It was our first time going and it was a great time! Read some of the reviews to get an idea of what to expect. I don’t think it makes a difference if it’s in a mall or that the rooms are like high walled cubicles. It is well done. The room is large enough for the adventure (max 6 people) and people in other rooms did not distract because we were so focused on our own clues. The host is super nice and came to help when we felt we needed a clue. Gave just enough as to not give it away but more to aid. Easy is quite challenging.

Waited 25 minutes in the lobby, but no staff came out. Will be going to different escape rooms in the future - I'm not one to waste my time twice, which is unfortunate because my family wanted to go to this one and book 2 rooms for some fun family competition. Looking forward to doing that in the Freehold escape room - love that one. Highly recommend over this.
I usually write reviews on Yelp, but Yelp doesn't have this place just yet. I thought overall this place was good, though. Why 3 stars? Mainly the location, and the interior of the escape room. Firstly, I must say the location is horrible. An escape room does not belong in the Brunswick Square Mall. There's not enough space in the mall for this place to fit. The scape rooms are tiny, and the interior objects look like something you would find at a kds museum. Staff is very friendly, and will help you with any clues as many times as you wish. The escape rooms are ranked from easy to hard. We decided to challenge ourselves. and decided to go hard. The escape room definitely was challenging, but it still was fun. We were totally confused, with our puzzle, but these places definitely require some thinking, when solving. The staff actually let yous in longer than you wish,. Normally, you stay in the room for 50 minutes. We could have stayed longer, but we had a time limit. Overall, good place, but not crazy about location.
We had a blast! Amanda was great - helped only when asked and very subtle hints. So glad they are in EB! Will definitely visit again!
Worst experience at an escape room ever. Missing pieces, missing parts to the game! Overall wouldn’t recommend & will never go again.
