I wish I'd come in sooner to see Tara (the owner) because my back felt so much better afterwards - I was able to move more easily and with way less pain! Seeing the health precautions she's taken, I felt safe from my temperature check through my entire massage, with us both wearing masks. I was able to totally relax on the table knowing we were both safe, and really enjoyed the customized, targeted deep tissue massage she always provides. I also really appreciate that she's staggering appointments so I didn't run into other clients. She has fewer rooms than those massage chains which makes it feel like she can stay on top of all the cleaning and disinfecting necessary to provide the safe and comfortable experience I had. Her conscientiousness about regulations to protect both her staff and her clients went above and beyond what was required and really made the difference for me. I will absolutely be back, and have already recommended her as a safe and knowledgeable massage therapist to friends and family.

I came to Rebalance for some help with lower back pain associated with a herniated disc. Tara was my masseuse and she was fantastic. Rebalance implemented Covid safety measures to help keep guests and masseuses safe. Upon arriving, I called the office to let them know I was in the parking lot. They leave a certain amount of time between guests to allow for deep cleaning of the massage rooms. When the room was ready, Tara called me back and gave me clear directions to the office (entrance on either side of the building, Rebalance is on the top floor suite C-2) and met me in the hallway in front of the office. Tara explained that masks are to be worn by all clients and masseuses at all times, except for the client when face down on the table. She checked my temperature and confirmed I hadn't traveled outside of the state recently. Tara than asked detailed questions about my pain, cause of it, and current limitations. She was extremely caring and attentive. Upon entering the massage room I noticed there was an air filter running, new linens, and a mask affixed to the underside of the head rest. I felt safe throughout the massage. Tara was incredible at addressing my specific ailments and treating the cause. She focused on the particular locations of tension throughout the massage. Once complete, I noticed a much greater range of motion and significantly less pain than I had in many months. Tara is a wizard . After the massage, once my praise ended, she gave me great maintenance advice on how to keep my lower back limber and suggested a routine of massage and self care to remediate my issues and pain. She was compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Rebalance Massage Clinic. I know I'll be back again soon. Thank you Tara!

Tara is the best! Started getting massages to fix a problem related to years working on a computer. I have continued with monthly, deep-tissue massages as a preventive measure. If an issue arises, Tara usually fixes in a few sessions. Highly recommended.
