Very quick and organized. Eeryone was well distanced and great sanitizing procedures in place. We love University Eye and have been coming for the last 11 years!

Covid protocol to wait in car and text when you arrive. I was called back on time. I answered questions about visit over phone and Paid copay over phone. All very efficient. Went straight in to our exam room, no waiting area. Dr came in within 5 minutes or less. Exam done in timely matter. Overall seamless visit under 20 minutes. Initially when calling to make the appointment I got answering machine and someone called back within hour or so. Didn’t bother me, better then waiting on phone

Dr. Sun and her staff are amazing. I have been going here since my daughte was 1 year old. She is now 4 and she loves when she has to go in for a check up. They are so amazing and patient with all the kids. And with covid they take all the necessary precautions. Love this place!!

Every time I visit, I think I and my child are in a journey with UCEC and Dr.Sun, we are indebted to her care and patience to answer any questions precisely and fully. I highly recommend UC Eye Center for its team of Doctors and great staff! Even 5 star rating seems less..Thank you all at UC Eye Center.
