I have lived here since May with a friend of mine and luckily we will be moving soon. There are so many issues with this apartment. We have had duct tape around our bathtub tile for months now because it was falling out and causing water damage into the bedroom and still hasn’t been fixed. Our dishwasher went out and it took them a month to replace it with another horrible dishwasher. The vent in the bathroom would leak onto the toilet when the upstairs neighbor would shower. Took them a month to figure out the issue. Our A/C went out in the middle of summer but because it was only 78 degrees outside (even tho it was 84 in my apartment) we were told it was not dangerous conditions or an emergency. It didn’t get fixed for 2 days. Any time you contact for maintenance be ready to stay home until they arrive which could vary between a day and 2 weeks because they do not notify you when they will be coming by and often would come when we were at work, and then never speak of it again unless you call and bring it up to them. The foundation is cracking and there’s a constant chill in the house so don’t even run your heater cause it’ll just raise your bill. If i could give this place no stars i would. The appliances are extremely out dated and the fact that they claim these are luxury apartments is a bold face lie. You can find better for cheaper or the same price just 10 minutes away. If you’re thinking about moving here, don’t. Waste of time & money and you will always have issues

Appliances are very old. For example, oven doesn’t have a light inside, it doesn’t have a timer or a window. I simply hate it and it’s really frustrating that I have to live with this. I asked for a different one but they said they can’t replace. Other appliances are also old but oven is what frustrates me the most. I signed my lease during Covid shutdown so didn’t get a tour and didn’t see all these. You can find better places for same / cheaper prices. I do ‘NOT’ recommend this place. Management is friendly but it doesn’t help if they can’t change these..
This community is for the most part very peaceful. I stayed in the building facing the road and across from the businesses so it would get noisy sometimes. The area is nice for walking/jogging and you will see many people that use that to their advantage. There’s also a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. There is a nice gym, two pools, and a new concierge locker system for packages! Some of my favorite amenities is the washer and dryer that comes with the larger 2 bedroom floor plan and vaulted ceiling with fireplace. The carpet is really soft too, not that cheap stuff. Although my unit had old appliances, they do have renovated units as well! The only thing I hated was parking- it was very limited for the building I stayed in and many times I’d have to park and walk farther. Maintenance is prompt and effective. Stacy is one of the best managers a property could have! I enjoyed my time at East Chase.
Stay was good on initial days. Water leakage on master bedroom happened twice on my unit within a year and we stayed in temporary arrangement for a week without internet for office work and kids study. Management does not care about that and the response will be \It happens like how accident happen in road\ from director. Now, we have new guests \cockroach\....
I have always had a great experience with the leasing office staff. They are friendly, professional and always helping their residents out. Big shout-out for Stacey! She's always jumped in to help me out and is super fun to work with.
