I had them come out to clean out my catch basin and hydro jet my sewer in September because it was backed up they came on time and was very polite when they was done they called out there to show me the job was done and explained to me what was wrong I WAS VERY PLEASED with the service that they provided me but I had to wait until we got some really good rain to see if they did a good job on the hydro jetting before I wrote this review and they did I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Terra Environmental thank you to the crew who came out sorry I can't remember any names

Price gouging compared to other companies...do not use this company.
I call these guys out from time to time and they treat me like I call them every single day. Usually my calls are emergencies and they are after hours but Tierra still pulls through and takes care of me! Ask for Sergio. He is the best operator! Very highly recommended!!
Rob and José did a great job hydro jetting and cleaning the catch basin at our house in Chicago. Very nice, proactive and good price.
