We purchased our 2020 Honda Pilot the end of July 2020. On 2/22/2021, we had our second oil change plus several other contacts with East Coast Honda. EVERY person we have had contact with, to include whoever answers the phone is the utmost professionalism. We always do a lot of research before we buy. We picked the vehicle then looked at the dealership - which had positive reviews. We can honestly say, they always exceed our expectations. A great dealership. If and when we need to make another purchase, we will come here first!

We had great time picking out our new car and Thanks to Brian everything went smoothly. Brian was so easy to talk to and at end he sat in car with me and walked me threw some of options and help setting up my phone to work with it. I've recently relocated to the Conway area and needed maintenance on my vehicle for the standard oil change/tire rotation and overall check of performance since I had purchased a new vehicle. I was in the area of East Coast Honda dealership so I was just stopping in to make an appointment for a future date when they told me they could take care of it within the hour. I was very satisfied with the customer care in the service area. All of the employees were very helpful. One thing I would like to see differently...my warranty for my vehicle would have allowed me to receive my first oil change at no cost to me. However, I had purchased in another state. It would be nice to have something like that honored at all HONDA Dealerships. All in all, 100% satisfaction.
