Terrible experience with Shane Bell. He supposed to be a manager over there. Got a load offer from their System...Accepted it..Sent driver to the pu... He told me load was double booked with someone else..(he booked with another carrier after me ) ...Told me to cancel on my end.I told him we are at the shipper already and load is good to go...Asked me to wait..I waited..In a mean time another carrier came and started loading..Told me there is no load. I was first at the shipper... I was first who booked the load... Still took me off. AVOID.

This guys never paid detentions. My driver stuck at the receiver 5 hours and they said because its FCFS they will don't pay detention. Broker on this load David Southworth, I will never book load with him.

If I could give a negative number I would. These dispatchers will starve you to death! Dont get sick and call out. They will take your 2% bonus away bc it wasnt planned. Death in the family oh well it wasnt planned you will get your 2% bonus taken away. Give 30 day notice that you are quitting and they tell you it will be about 4 to 6 weeks to get your last pay check and any of your escrow back. Then during your wait time you see a video of them driving the truck but yet it takes 9 weeks to get your money. They will ignore your phone calls and emails. Not professional at all.

I can't wait to read the unprofessional response to this review from the company like you can on the other reviews. Long story short do not expect a last check for 45 days if you work here and when you do the truck better be in mint condition between my last check and maintenance account I had nearly 7,000 together after they were done bending me over and charging for every little thing they could I finally received my last check today for less then 3,000 charging for things that worked when I left the truck radio and bunk speakers 365, a knob that was messing when I got the truck 400, a head light out all kind of crazy stuff and 11.5 hours to clean the truck when me and my wife cleaned and Armor All the whole inside the weekend before and had been to the blue beacon charged 400 to clean this was a 2007 freightliner so disappointed in this company oh by the way Merry Christmas
