On Thanksgiving we had to evacuate our house do a massive gas leak caused by equipment that was not properly installed. We can only blame ourselves for trying to save a buck many years ago with installation of a broiler & tankless water heater--huge mistake, lesson learned. We called two Cape plumbing companies who couldn't take an appointment and our third call was to Master Tech (MT) who wasted no time sending someone out. MT provided 3 different quotes/options within hours after the final inspection and for the next two days Cliff (owner) received several emails from me with questions, concerns, more questions... needless to say each email was answered promptly. Two weeks later, MT arrived with three trucks and cleaned the horrible mess in our basement. They helped with learning the new system, rebates, ect., Michael, one of the employees was very friendly and we certainly appreciated his 'extra' helpfulness. We didn't have the time to do comparable quotes and quite frankly...doesn't matter. MT's professionalism, their courtesy, quick responses is worth every damn penny. They certainly have my trust in workmanship, especially with a two year labor guarantee :) My advise to home owners: do your FREE MassSave Energy Assessment, keep your broiler and water systems serviced, and call the professionals to do the work. Don't risk your home or lives (like we foolishly did) to save a buck. Thank you Master Tech - to all the hard workers who were in our cold basement for hours! Happy Holidays. We initially called because our boiler was not firing up consistently. The plumber came on time and with a helper. Very polite, explained our options clearly and let us know what to expect. He went above and beyond and tackled refreshing our well filter, servicing our water heater and fixing our boiler. Everything is working seamlessly. We have used several other plumbers on the cape in the past and since finding Master Tech plumbing last year, they are the only ones we would recommend. Great work guys and TY!

Dan was very professional. He solved my two minutes of hot water in my shower problem in my recently purchased q996 Mobile Home. We decided to replace older 30 gallon water heater with a new 40 gallon water heater all in one day! Now I have a long lasting hot water shower. A lot of work for just one man. Very nice. Give him a raise! Thanks Dan!

Steve was personable and professional. We had a weird 2 water heater system in the house we purchased (one gas, one electric) and a recirculating pump that was in place but never hooked up. He talked over the multiple options with us and then consulted with his team in order to make a recommendation for the most cost-effective solution. Steve and another person came to do the installation, on time, beautifully done, and on budget. He even recommended someone to service our furnace! Super happy with Steve and Master Tech Plumbing and we enthusiastically give them a 10 out of 10!
