Friendly staff, I was there trying to swap a rental car recently and the The person I spoke to, I believe her name was Kelly. She was polite and very accurate in her statements, even though I couldn't swap the car for something bigger the way she handled it was in a professional and caring manner.

Car rental hear is not very good I feel like they overcharged me a whole heck of a lot than I should have paid and I’m no stranger to these types of services I’m straight forward with my opinions and know when I’ve paid too much the manager ccontacted me the very next day and I appreciated that but that still does not justify what I paid

Not knowing there was a Enterprise at this airport I did not reserve a car. I asked the girl at the counter if I could use her computer to check she did so for me but because it was a holiday weekend there was none available. She offered to get us a cab but we wanted to walk and was given directions. As we were leaving the airport grounds we were sorta lost already when another Enterprise employee drove up and we again asked for directions to town, he said hop in I'll take you! And after a few minutes he dropped us off in the center of town. That is why Enterprise is my car rental agency of choice!
