Great customer service. They were able to come out the same day for emergency well pump service. Although the service visit hit a snag, the management was honest and the company proved to operate with utmost integrity. The technicians are also friendly and honest as well and care about getting it right. After my initial posting, I read the other reviews to see that someone called out a negative experience with manager Mike and I felt compelled to say that this was not our experience at all. Mike was very honest and pleasant to deal with.

I have nothing but high praise for these guys!!!! Very professional, come when they say, do the job the best way possible, neat and great personality’s!!!! Highly recommend for well issues, pumps, etc!!!! #1 in my book and I’ve been using them for about 17 years!
H2O never disappoints! Polite, professional and reliable. The techs have maintained my water softener system for 10 years and are always knowledgable, and friendly. Office staff extremely helpful and familiar with the products as well.
